im going natural (from having permed hair) and my hair is dryer than normal... before i got a perm my hair was really curly and dry so now its jus krinkly n dry ... and i wanna put a hot oil treatment in it

When I use hot oil treatments in my hair I use them once per week and I soak the oil in a cup of hot hot water for 3 mins. Then I jump in the shower and wash my hair then put the oil in. Massage it in very very good though. Then 3 days out of the week I only rinse half of the conditioner out of my hair cause it leaves my hair soft and natural looking. I have very dry hair but I get comments now about how healthy and shiny it looks...you can complete the look with Citrishine also for when you get out of the shower...you just apply it to your hair like you would gel or mousse.

that's what i do for a warm oil therapy for my hair: take some teaspoons of extra effective virgin olive oil (extra or much less based on the dimensions and thickness of your hair) and warmth it in a pot on the range till it relatively is on the severe end of warmth (yet no longer warm!) then take it into the bathing room, scoop some up and prepare it directly to my hair (dry) and rub down and artwork it by way of till it relatively is all lined...then wrap it up in a towel (so as that the oil would not drip in all places) and go away it in for no less than half-hour to an hour. once you circulate to bathe it out, shampoo and rinse *thoroughly*, conditioner maximum in all probability isn't mandatory at this element. i promise your hair would be feeling and looking so lots extra useful! they do dat in most of da parlours plus u also get dis Vo5 hot oil treatment in da markets its like in a yellow tube.... u cud jus follow da instructions der n do it..........
