How old are you? If you goto bars and your the guy hanging on the rail drinking a beer watching girls dance. Forget about it! They'll never go out with you. You need to get out and dance, and yes you'd better have some rythm when your dancing.
If your just a young pup in school, Try to warm up to her, catch her eye by nodding or saying Hi when you walk by. Let her friends know, and do something nice for her. If you in college all this works, plus ask her to study somewhere, Library etc.. If you back to your apartment you'll never get any studying done. Believe me.

This is stupid concept "picking up a girl". Just be yourself and it will happen. Dont look for girls to date because it will never come. Once you stop trying to pick up girls they will begin to likme you

Be very gentle and grab her by the waist, use the strength in your arms and not your back muscles (so you don't strain your back) and left with your legs. And WAH LA! Raise her up and you are good to go! ;)

Be clean, nice gentlemen. Be honest and dress nice. Breathe smelling fresh and teeth clean. well groomed and respectful.Just walk up to her and say you are very attractive can I get to know you.
