if the receipe calls for 1 cake of yeast how much dry package yeast should i use?

I use two packages of dry yeast, and I think that the rolls come out lighter than the cake yeast.

to convert cake yeast to instant yeast, for 1 packed tablespoon cake yeast use 2 teaspoons instant yeast or 2-1/2 teaspoons active dry

This recipe from E-How states that you need 1 and a quarter ounces of dry package yeast in a recipe that makes 18 bread rolls. If you are unsure, you might look at having a trial bake this weekend.
