Looks like someone off camera took a puff off a ciggarette and when that person blew the smoke out someone took a picture. Don't be naive. It's not a ghost and I definately didn't see any form of a "man" in it.

Humans are wired to see patterns rather they are there or not. You see a big cat under that tree over there and avoid it. It wasn't really a cat you live. It was and you didn't see it, you die.
That is why you can look up at the clouds and almost always pick out things. That is why all cultures put together stars into constellations.
It is just fog.
