I already do ballet, Pilates and run regularily and lift weights!! I have a fairly balanced diet....

Keep doing that. It just takes time, the best way to tone your body is dancing and pilates but if you are already doing them u just have to wait to see more results. I do belly dance which tones my abs and my back more than any other part of my body and its realy fun and sexy. Yoga is good too. Try doing pilates everyday, or at least every other day, i have a dvd that just takes 10 min to work your abs and its really good for your back too. Good luck!

toned and bone are two different things if you want bony like all the hollywood people i think its drugs and starvation if you want a killer toned body like professional athletes try a trainer or a gym. the latter is much better
