What kind of cheeses can be kept at room temperature, as I am making wine and cheese gift baskets for Christmas.

Look for cheese encased in wax.

Anything that is not stored in a fridge at the store can be used in a gift basket.

If you bought it in the cooler case then keep it chilled, the ones outside the cooler case, well you get the picture
