There are two differences between them that affect the taste. From-concentrate orange juice has been frozen and rethawed, and just like everything, it just doesn't taste the same after it's been frozen. Second, from-concentrate orange juice usually has sugars and other preservatives added so it will keep for months. It is mixed with water (about a one-to-three ratio) to make drinkable orange juice again. Fresh orange juice is often just pure orange juice, except when they take out the pulp or add vitamin c to it or something. Yes, you can definitely taste a difference; fresh squeezed tastes more like oranges, for starters. You might try buying one of each kind and trying them; I'm sure you'll notice the difference.

It means that the orange juice has been concentrated at the source by driving off a lot of the water, when it reached the packing company in the UK, its diluted with water back to its correct strength, it means it should be cheaper as it costs the same to ship 100 litres of concentrate as 100 litres of pure juice, but at the packing company they can get 300 litres from the 100. It doesn't taste as good, and I don't buy any prepacked juice as oranges here are so cheap I make my own, and here freshly squeezed means just that, squeezed about 10 minutes before being drunk

Good Question!
The process of concentrating orange juice involves evaporating water. When that water is removed, the volatile components found in the fresh juice are lost. These compounds are responsible for the "light and juicy" character of freshly squeezed juice.
Most people can tell the difference.
No, they are very different.

"Freshly squeezed juice contains more vitamin C than “made from concentrate” canned or frozen juices. Adding ascorbic acid, or vitamin C, to juice allows manufacturers to claim that the drink will give your child “100 percent vitamin C.” This health claim, however, can mask its sugary content and hides the fact that other essential nutrients are not included.
"Fresh squeezed juice is is somewhat better (than concentrate), because it has fiber, that pulp that slows the absorption of the fructose."

I can tell the difference! I'm originally from Florida and grew up with citrus trees of all kinds on our land. Fresh squeezed can't hold a candle to concentrate! Not even the "non-concentrate" that is sold in stores like milk can hold a candle to FRESH but it IS better than re-constituted Concentrate!!!!!

Have you tasted the water on the East Coast and the West Coast? Nature has the best water for OJ, it's already in the fruit

yes, you can taste the difference. The water that is naturally in the fruit is not the same as tap water.
