there's a lot of stress involved when people are grieving. the five stages are:
Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance... so much going on and it can really take a toll on your body.

Its the bodies endorphines I think. Just like when your happy you feel full of life and have so much energy so its opposite when your grieving and depressed.

because ur emotions have taken over...ur using all ur energy to let ur sorrow out...been there done that
