I recently had the pleasure of eating a piece of plastic with my lunch . Not by choice.. It was actually in the centre of a piece of chicken. I emailed the store i bought it from straight away and complained. I also kept the piece of plastic and the chicken i found it in plus packaging etc. Whats the best way to go about this complaint stuff? The store havn't bothered to reply yet!!!

I cook professionally and know exactly what you are saying. Did the piece kind of look like an arrow? It is part of a tag the suppliers use when they ship chicken.
I would complain to the CEO of the company....if you get no response, get a lawyer to call or send a letter. Big companies would rather settle than have the bad publicity.

write to the manager or better still go in there and complain. Also find out what company they get their chicken products from and write to them as well - all food services have a complaints area. Also contact the council or someone who has a hygene inspector and speak with them. dont bother with the midless twits at the counter go to the top
