Just ignore it, roll your eyes, and refuse to be drawn into a conversation about your "ex."
She'll get bored with the subject, and move on to something else.
Women discuss every detail of all their feelings and thoughts---just listen, but you do not have to necessarily respond. They feel better if they put their feelings into words, it's therapeutic for them.
