The figure for the cost of the war is over 600 Billion ( that's billion with a capital "B") plus or minus a few billion here and few there. The cost of the war is not apart of the appropriations bill. My fear is that nobody has a handle it. Congress should. However, our republican congress rubber stamped everything that came across their collective desks and they did not take the time to add or subtract. It is my hope that the democrats will be more responsible. But the party's over and the bills in the mail. Guess who will pay!
