I want to go get my liscence this weekend and want to know if it is open and if you could give me the times. Thanks

There are 50 states in the Union, and each state has their own version of DMV. Each state makes their own hours. In some states the DMV has offices open on Saturday, in some states they do not. Some have limited services on Saturdays.
Contact your state's DMV office, or do a google search for their website.
If you had said what state I may have been able to give you a better answer!!

It's because the Peoples Democratik Republik of Kalifornia has gone broke and can't afford to pay its employees anymore. You'll be lucky to find a DMV office open during the week, let alone the weekend.

No its a Government job. They are usually only open on Mon-Fri from 8-430 but that depends on the state you live in. You can find out online by going to your stats website the address will be something like
www.michigan.gov

Well, I know the DMV in my town is never open on th weekends, also i believe if you are going to get your lisence you have to call and make an appiontment

Sorry - not in most states...
They are closed on the weekends and national holidays (just like the post offices)
But there is nothing wrong with calling them to find out (many times they will have a recorded message if they are closed telling you the buisness hours)

In Pasco Co. Fl, it is until 12 or 1.

Why not try CALLING them on the phone just before you get ready to go so that you will know for SURE? You can also find out what documents you need to PROVE who you are and if or when you need to make an appointment.
Yep the PHONE is STILL a HANDY tool to USE..........

Depends on where you are. Mine is open on Sat. from 8am - 12pm. Got to there early because it is always packed.
