If God is "all powerful" and allowed evil to occur (despite his power), then it is the same as abetting in a crime and it is rational to conclude he is "bad".

You are right, i do not know for sure ,,but I figure he is good for why would he create a cruel world as a hideous joke .There is so much beauty ,not the sign of an evil creator.Man creates his own evil because of free will,not God.We are not his puppets,but free thinking individuals,We have the power to be good or bad and some do one or the other or both.I think we are hear to learn which path to take,Earth to me is a school to learn right from wrong and many other valuable lessons.But like You asked for it is my opinion,I have no proof

1) There is a G0D
2) That G0D is quantitative and can be judged

The word "God" to me is a Judeo-Christian term for a higher power. And I am not Jewish or Christian, because I'm not impressed with the Judeo- Christian god.
