I am Swedish and German and I LOVE the stuff.
When I lived in California I DID eat it for breakfast! There was a noodle place right down the street from my work and they opened at 9 am. I'd take a small break and run down there a few mornings a week. But I'm not real big into 'breakfast food', except as an occasional treat or if I need a quick meal.

I'm not Asian (well, I'm like 1/8 or 1/16 Filipina) but my Viet friend introduced me to it and I LOVE it. There is a great Pho place near my university and there are people of all races eating there, so I think it probably is, especially with college students.

I first had it even as operating in Toronto Canada as cooks apprentice in 1978, we had 3 around the college i replaced into attending decrease back then, when I worked in Singapore, I went on my week off one time to Vietnam, and had it there too, it replaced into actually a similar yet there have been some diverse element I had not considered for the garnishes previously, now they arrive in right here in Canada, this replaced into an impact from the French interior the inventory and attitude to including raw meat and ending it with the nice and comfy broth to save it tender.

It is with this one! It was my first foray into a different asian cuisine than chinese, and I love it. I don't think I could eat it for breakfast the way the Vietnamese do, though. Supper is just fine.
