It sounds like you are all of those things but it also sounds like she isn't "hot" for you. She likes you, appreciates those qualities but at the same time doesn't seem to see you as boyfriend material at this time.

As like most everyone else, it does depend on the girl. Being shy does kind of let you down in the probability of you getting a gf or chick friend, not because you're not nice or anything but because there has to be that initial contact. Nevertheless I've often found myself attracted to the lonely type, there's something mysterious about them, somehow i know they're different and would be interesting people to know (that's why they're alone). Don't feel that being a bit shy lets you down, you're a singer so you can't be that shy! Funny people are often very attractive and of course those who have a bit of an ego! As a girl you know you shouldn't like those people with big heads and everything but sometimes you just can't help it lol. You sound interesting enough, you have hobbies and interests and I'm sure you'll find a girl in no time, being athletic is only important for some poeple, generally those who are athletic themslves. But don't sweat it if you don't find a girl. I'm 17 and have never had a bf or even kissed a guy. Some people find that hard to believe or think I'm weird but honestly most guys out there my age are so immature it makes me cringe and I hope to god they'll grow up one day. At least you sound like you have a head on your shoulders. Find a girl and make her happy! And please don't be like the majority of morons out there, be different and be interesting! Think for yourself, be yourself, respect others, love your family and love life! If you have a positve attitude to life you'll in no doubt exude positivity, and THAT, is definitely attractive!

dont over read signals if she gives you a signal then go in, dont assume things because that can lead to akwardness, just leave her subtle hints if you really like her then shell do something back. i am 22 years old. i learned when you dont try and make things happen they do. just let whatever happens happen and you will find a girl you like without trying. good luck.
