If you find it's usually dinner that you tend to eat so much, it's probably because you're not consuming enough calories at the beginning of the day and throughout. That's why many tend to gorge at the end of the day. Try eating breakfast and then eating a snack in between meals. The Abs Diet books are helpful!

It just depends. Have you been depriving your body of its nutrition? Are you upset or anxious about something? Have you been dieting? These may be a few reasons why you are eating more. It takes about twenty minutes for the food to start digesting and before we can feel the results of it. If this isn't what you want try to drink a glass of water before eating and eating slower.

Could be many reasons. I have to fight the feeling of being hungry every time I increase my exercise. Your body releases a hormone that wants you to stay at your current weight. That's why people reach a plateau, because our bodies are comfortable at a certain weight and want to stay there. So, if you increase your exercise (enough to lose weight) your body releases a hormone that makes you hungry so you want to eat it and that keeps you at the same weight.

It's probably because you don't eat often enough. Eat something every 2 or 3 hours... an apple or low fat yogurt or something along those lines. Then you'll be less likely to binge.

It could be. I'm always really hungry after a workout.

Be sure to eat slowly, if you go fast it's easy to overdo it. :)
