I recently had my life tipped over, when I was hit in a head-on collision. A female drunk driver came across the center median and struck my 2005 Honda Accord totaling the car, bur leaving me and the drunk driver okay. After the accident things went well and we began to date. We are now dating, but I don't know if I should drop the court case against her. What if we break up? what if we get married? What should I do?

Well if you had insurance the insurance company may not want to stop the court case. Is she still drinking. How long have you been dating. She may dump you after you drop it. How often does she bring it up. This is verry unusual, but maybe drop what you realy can. You dont want to get stuck withe the tab. If you love each other then say that and also say I'm sorry about the acciden which she should greatly appologize for because she could of killed you and say we will not discuss the case except for court and try to get it behind you both.

If she was driving drunk, that shows her lack of responsibility and control. I say that you should continue with the court case and break up with her as soon as you possibly can. You're better off knowing that you won't have to worry about her driving drunk after a night out with her girlfriends. If I were in your position, I'd find someone that I had never had a negative experience with and make sure that we agree on the same moral issues.

Dating and court case will not go together. Drop the court case.It will have a favorable impact on her mind. It is quite possible that you have a potential life partner. Never mind if ever you have to break up. You will remain one up in gentle-manliness.

Sounds fishy to me, Hell if a guy was suing me for Millions, than I would do just about anything to get the case dropped. Look at it this way you are suing the insurance company not her. Thing with the big head!

Don't be a sap. If there is a court case pending, did it ever occur to you that she is using you? Getting convicted of drunk driving is pretty serious.

What kind of car was she driving? Because if it was a Ford, she'll probably marry you for your money.
