Girl please ask him out. You are probably so hot that hes scared of asking you. Guys are really stupid trust me. Ask some one you know to ask him for you if you are too scared. If he says no then you can be like, I didn tell her to do that she just thought we'd be good together. Sorry she put you on the spot. Your friend shouldnt mind this try it out.

what do you mean come on??!! Just asking him out without asking him out...does that make sense? Okay just get a guy friend of his and a friend girl of yours and say that all or you are going to hang out, then just ask him to come with you guys. So Go and try it!!

You can too ask him out. The world's changing, and that's not really that crazy. Ask someone that's close to him why he won't ask you out. If he's not ready, find someone else.
