This doesn't make any sense in spanish. The words are correct but the wording doesn't make sense. What I get from it is the following:
"what?" My boyfriend and I are just fighting and fighting, why am i feeeling so bad about it. I had tis boyfriend for only un month and 3 days"

Definetly it needs wording and spelling. The way it's written makes no sense

So, what's it all about? My boyfriend and I simply fought and why do I feel so horrible about it? Yes, I had a boyfriend. For approximately one month and three days.

That's ... really weirdly worded ... the other responses look good, but whoever wrote that needs to check their grammar skills ... lol.
