Be responsible and just come out and tell your parents, you want to get checked out. If you are mature enough to have sex than you are mature enough to make responsible decisions.
If you should dump her, well what was the relationship like a booty call or were there feelings involved. If it was just a booty call than tell her its over and move on. If there is feelings than hey make it interesting, it takes two to make it fun you know.

First of all you're too young to be having sex so no that is not a good reason to dump her. Stop having sex and see if the relationship can work without sex. Call your local planned parenthood and they can point you in the right direction for a confidential hiv test.

Is this the same girl that was saying the sex wasnt good with her man & he was boring her? Two way street dude. You dont need your parents to get an hiv test. Go to the health dept.

Best thing is the truth on both accounts tell her about your feelings and be straight with your parents, as a parent that is the way I would want my son to handle things, Good luck with both things.
