You are probably too self concious about yourself. But, if you really want to change the way you think about your self, just get into the habit of eating healthy every day. As for the whole bathroom thing, that may work, but is not very healthy. When you eat, your body automatically takes the nutrients out of your body, and then takes the bad stuff and throws it away, through "#2" as you call it, lol. Actually can find a lot of healthy foods on internet that are really good. Exercising is a pain, but even just walking or jogging once in a while helps, even if it does not give you muscle.

Frequent defecation (but not excessive) is a good sign that your body is using food efficiently and the digestive system is healthy. Generally speaking, eating a lot of fiber leads to frequent elimination, and fiber is good for you---it fills you up, provides your body with important nutrients, etc.

So if your friend is using laxatives to make herself go, it's not a great idea. But if her diet is full of high fiber, nutritious fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains, it's absolutely healthy and will help her maintain a healthy weight.

Uh, no, I doubt she's doing anything worthwhile. It's kind of funny, though.

One of my skinny friends has the same problem with feeling fat. We'll go out for pizza, and she gets up from the table looking pregnant. :) I think a full stomach just shows more on smaller people. It's really no big deal, though. Nobody will notice unless you point it out.
