Just cut out all of the crap you are eating in your diet! thats the first step. And get AWAY FROM THE TV. join a club or something and get a hobby! or start walking. when you exercise, you release endorphines, which make you happy. so naturally, exercising [especially running] clears your mind, releases stress, improves your body, and boosts your confidence all in one! soon, 5 miles will be a breezer!
The hardest part is starting out.. this is the lowest and IF you start getting in shape and eating better and exercising, its all uphill from here, honey

I know what you're talking about, I've been there. Continue eating right, but really try and excercise. You don't have to do it everyday.... try starting out doing it once or twice a week...and work your way up to 3 or 4 times a week, for a half an hour each time.
Above all, don't obsess about your weight or size. You really need to relax and enjoy your life and be happy with yourself. Worry about it won't help anything. Trust me. Your size is really fine... everyone's bodies are different and you can't compare yourself to anyone else.
Just relax and be confident in yourself and enjoy yourself. Size really isn't as big of an issue as you think. As long as you're eating healthily and you are happy.

You need to work out and eat right.
NO TRANS FATS
There are many programs to follow. Weight Watchers has a point system that is pretty easy and moderate exercise is all you need. Just Do Something. Walk/ ride a Bike/ Run (I hate running)
anything. Just a little bit a day is all it takes. Lay off the Chips/Sodas and the TV. Get outside!
Hope this helps

I don't mean to bemean, but yes it is overweight, but not by much, so don't worry.
Try karate, swimming, tennis, basketball, dance, gymnastics, whatever sport or moving avtivity you like! It is so much fun and it is a form of exercise.
Never eat later than 7:00 PM, If you are not hungry, then you don't have to eat, eat healthy foods, no fast food, and not a lot of snacks, eat a lot of fruit and vegtables, and drink a lot of water, eat 100 calorie packs, not a lot of them, just like one a day.
My dad and I play tennis every day, after school on my tennis court, in my backyard, I love doing it, because I get to do exercise, and it is so much fun, for me, if you don't like tennis, find a sport you do like, ad do it often, I'm not saying everyday, but like once a week, Good luck!

Ok, not to hurt your feelings or anything but its kinda true... Let's see to stay in shape...Don't eat a lot of rice, you can eat like the main (fish, chicken) but try to avoid the pork as much as possible, and try to exercise at school, even if its not gym, Get your friends to make you run a lap or play basketball or something...Keep doing that and you'll soon be in shape.
