frontline can make them a little drowsy, but if it doesnt sort itself out in a day or so, maybe take him to the vet

Topical flea and tick products are very, very bitter. The chemical compound, fipronil, isn't harmful in and of itself to the cat but when the kitty gets it in his mouth it causes drooling just because of how bitter it is.
When you apply the Frontline, make sure you get it as close to the base of the skull as possible and don't go down the back of the neck or back. Since cats groom themselves more than dogs they have a greater chance of getting it in their mouths.
Hope this helps!

Well I hope you have stopped using the frontline. It may be toxic to your kitten. Take him to the nearest vet and be sure to tell the vet about the frontline. Poor thing needs to be seen immediately!!!

sounds like he may have gotten some on a paw and licked it off. But check his teeth he may have a crooked one. And if problem persists take to a vet.
