It depends on if you want a pure breed, straight from a breeder, or pet store. Or if you just want a beagle dog that someone doesnt want anymore. I have seen MANY MANY beagle dogs in the animal shelters and pounds, which would probably be the nicest way you could find one. But if you are looking for a "brand new", puppy Beagle dog, the best thing to do would be to look for someone that sells just beagle dogs, or like someone else said, go to www.petfinders.com. That is where I went to look for people selling Pekingnese. Unfortunately, you have to be VERY CAREFUL about getting dogs over the internet, there are warnings posted all over the pet sites about people from over seas saying "free dog" then, telling you to send 200 bucks for shipping or air flight to deliver the dog to you. Its a scam. There are plenty of beagle dogs in the United States. Im sure in your own neighboorhood. IF anything, post an ad in your local paper, or go look at the local animal shelter. Check your papers. Good luck
