I prefer wine because it is healthier in that it is lower in fat and calories, it's relaxing and it doesn't create a lingering scent on one's breath nor cause burping like beer does.

Courvosier. SIngle malt Scotch. Various Flavored Vodkas and Schnappes.

Jagermeister.

if its beer it has to be dark or its not worth drinking. ie Guiness, micro brewed stouts.

Mixed drinks are just a candy shop of colors flavors and fun.

No, it's not prohibited in Christianity. What is prohibited is being drunk. That being said, there are churches that preach to abstain from alcohol. I know the Methodist church is one. Even during communion, the blood of Christ is represented with grape juice, not wine. (Yet, at the last supper, Christ gave WINE to his disciples, not JUICE.) I can't speak on behalf of the Jewish faith. However, I'm pretty sure there isn't a prohibition of alcohol, there, either.
