well i used to like this guy & i did tell him that i liked him. well anyways we don't really talk a lot but we have conversations. i'm pretty sure that he likes me. he stares & smiles at me alot & i did too. i thought that he would ask me out but he never did. now i don't like him, i like his friend. he still thinks that i like him & he still talks to me(and he stares & smiles at me during class) but he doesn't know that i like his friend. what should i do?

Smiling and talking does NOT commit you to this guy. You have the right to go out with the friend if he asks you out! Morally, it isn't right to go out with one guy, then his friend...but you haven't gone out with either of them, so it would be fine to date the friend if asked.

U have to tell him u don't like him anymore. But don't embarass him. He is too shy to ask u out. If u go out with his friend, he will secretly feel jealous of his friend but won't say anything. You truly are in a pickle. B prepared for future awkward silences.

If you've never dated boy #1, there shouldn't be a problem with you dating boy #2. From what I've read, you and boy #1 are friends - nothing more. If boy #1 wanted more, then he would have said so.

Ask a friend to ask him does he like you. That is what I did for my friend and they were dating!!!! Next week they are getting married!!

you should tell him that you don't like him anymore, and you think of him as a friend. if your good friends with him and if you can trust him, then i think you should tell him that you like his friend. maybe he can hook you up with him.
