Candy??????
I am going to get my neice a bit of candy for christmas, but I would like it to be healthy. Any suggestions of candy that is low in BOTH saturated fat and sugars???

Gummie Bears or anything else similar is low in fat. You can buy Welch's gummies made with fruit juice.

Your better off getting the candy with sugars in it then the sugar free sugar free candy is really not good for you because of the chemicals that they are made of can cause you problems even like splended it is really a chemical the only studies that support it being good for you is the studies that the company has funded

twizzlers maybe?? your best bet is to go to a candy store and ask the people that work there. they would know more about their own merchandise.
