time and time again i have seen people say that witchcraft spells/rituals are a joke and obviously don't work, but on reading their questions, these same people swear that they've seen god's work and believe miracles are real. so why is one a joke but not the other?

I believe that people associate all good things with God and being spiritual. Especially really religious people. When it comes to to spells, people tend to think those things are evil. It seems that if another human being makes something good happen by themselves its not a miracle. Its only a miracle if there is no typical explanation of why something happened so then they associate with God if its a good thing and Satan if its a bad thing. What I believe is everything-bad or good-happens for a reason and as a result as something prior. Thats what I believe and I think a lot of people think the same.

Hey, magick works for me!
I also believe in miracles. Yes, both.
Mostly I think their opinions are that maybe they've been taught to think that way. Also, they figure that if they believed in spells, etc, they might be mocked, or locked out of heaven, etc.
But keep believing. The rest of us do. Your magickal sisters are everywhere, so to speak. :}

Because people are so convinced their path is the only right path, they can't see that someone may be actually be on a path parallel to theirs. Spells are as real as prayer. Miracles are miracles regardless of your religion. Fortunately, many miracles occur because of spells or prayer.
I'll take my chances with spells. Blessed Be.

Witchcraft spells and rituals are no joke. They are the work of the devil. If you are a Bible-reading spirit-filled, tongue-talking Christian, you should know that. Anything good comes from God. If the miracle is "good" and in-line with the Word then we don't consider that as a joke, would you?

cuz God is not of witchcrat and of evil. Things like that are not miracles. Miracles are here everyda, but only thsoe who really beleving in God and know who he is, and want to be with him forever, knows that each adn every day that u have lived is a miracle. God is the only one who can perfrom miracles as long as with his Son Jesus Christ. Spells are usually bad eveil thigns. Miracles could be good things.

Why can't people just be happy with reality?

Even when people call it "white magic", spells are playing around with evil forces. People think they are in control when they cast a spell, but they are not in control. The evil forces are, in fact, in control of them.
A good rule of thumb is if it is not of God, it is of the Devil.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Follow Jesus, and be saved.
