If you have a Bachelor degree in Science (biology, o related) maybe with financial Aid (Sallie Mae) in Dominican Republic or Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico during 4 years, before you need approve MCAT, is the more easy form, of course if you are US Citizen.

If you already have your undergraduate degree, you should take the prerequisite courses for medical school which include Bio/Chem/Physics/Organic Chem--each 2 semesters with labs. Then you should take the MCAT exam and apply. If you don't get high marks on either GPA or MCAT, try applying to medical schools in the Carribean. They are taught in English and you can practice medicine in the USA after graduation and passing the USMLE. ROSS university and St. George Univ are good carribean programs.

Might be a good idea to learn correct English first. If I couldn't understand what my doctor was talking about, I wouldn't see him/her again.
