i know it can be aggravating when people call you names but the best thing to do would be to go about your business and pay it no mind just be the better person and go about your normal day it's not your conscience that has to live with the guilt it's that person's who's calling you names

Hello, sorry that you have to experience the ignorance of some people(I'm Spanish) i have been called names before, i think they do it to make themselves feel better and bigger but, deep inside there is something wrong with this people that can't see past the color of our skin. My best advice is ignore it, i know is not easy but i would hate to see you get hurt, what goes around comes around. just remember you are better than that. Now that I'm an adult i don't have any problems with it, are you in high school? it gets better i promise, just worry about your study's and making your self a better person, and be proud of who you are after all this world would be pretty boring if we all look the same, we need diversity, to make the world go around, be proud.

Those words you posted are hate-filled-fight-provokers. Just remember that when people say things like that it is either because they want to fight, they hate themselves, or they are completely ignorant. Even though I say that I still get angry whenever I hear the n-word said in my presence. It's hard but I will either walk away or respond intelligently and with dignity on how low and disgusting a human being has to be to even utter such a fowl slur.

To be called the 'N' word by a ***** is a slang in the black community. To say the same word by another race is a crime. My brothers take the books of the shelf. And this my friend, can only happen in, America.

Smile and ignore ignorance. People say hurtful things all the time, but be the better person and just smile. You cannot change anothers annoying voice, but you can change directions, walk away.

I just smile and recite one of several quotes I keep on hand for such occasions:
1) "So YOU'RE who Blanche was referring to when she said, 'Don't hang back with the brutes.'" (A Streetcar Named Desire)
2) "Collective fear stimulates herd instinct, and tends to produce ferocity toward those who are not regarded as members of the herd."
While the racist is scratching his head, walk away.

You understand the person doing the name calling is usually very ignorant.....without class.
The world they live in is small and they're uncomfortable with learning about anything different.

i just hope that God can help them with their hate and racism and that God can help them. I don't care. What they say is not as serious about how God feels about me. I just think of where i am going to when i die. And that is with my Savior Jesus Christ! I don't care what ppl say to me in this Wordly earth. Cuz i am going to die and not care about it cuz where i am going is what i my priority. God is the Almighty King! Forever!!!!!!!
