It gives me the option to report it or not and when I'm trying to compose mail and it pops up I can't send the mail.

Are you talking about checking your mail using Internet Explorer? If so you need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. You can do this for free at microsoft.com Hope this helps.

Click on Info on that Microsoft pop-up. It might tell you what is causing it. It frequently is the printer driver... try resinstalling the driver if the pop-up doesn't tell you anything useful.
