Hello. Well, if you can't join a program, why not try your PE teachers and see what they might be able to offer you? In general, you should avoid any high fat, high sugar foods (junk food) and eat lots of veggies. Don't completely cut out carbohydrates but reduce the amount you eat if you find it is the main food type you eat in your meals. But the amount you reduce in carbs try to replace with veggies.
How long do you run for each day? For example, if you run 3 miles a day, at 10 minutes a mile, you should do that 3-4 times a week. To increase your speed, I prefer running intervals ... i.e. I'll jog for 4 minutes, then run @ 70% of sprint speed for 1 minute .... as your endurance improves (1-2 weeks or so if you're doing it regularly) reduce your jog by 30s and increase your run by 30s (so it becomes 3m 30s jog, 1m 30s run) and keep doing this until you can sustain the faster pace for most of the run. If you can't join a program, try joining a running group in the community to help you as well. It's more fun running with people.
I can't guarantee you'll lose the weight you want to lose since I don't know what your frame size is like, what your current weight is, and what not. Genetics is a large part of how we look ... but if you are in better health, you'll feel better anyways =) Good luck!

it really is accessible and a healthful quantity to lose in the time period (assuming we are speaking about 2008). in case you opt to reduce weight yet no longer weightloss plan, attempt exercising consultation. I exercising habitual for a minimum of 0.5-hour an afternoon / 7 days a week. I burn abou a million/4 of a pound an afternoon. it is about 8 lbs. a month. you've six months till April which ought to bring about about 40 8 pounds. only ensure that you do get your heart fee up for 0.5-hour an afternoon and devour sensibly. do not over indulge. I actually were doing this for 2 months and that i have misplaced 14 pounds so a ways. I devour McDonalds and cookies and some thing else i want. I do exactly not devour too many and that i exercising.

Lose 10 pounds
Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??
There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Have u thought of Gastric banding?
It is the latest in effective and healthy weight loss procedure which is reversible.
Gastric Lap Band
Bariatric surgery doesn't reduce obesity by itself. Instead, it makes it extremely difficult for patients to eat very much. Bariatric Surgery includes Gastric Lap Band surgery, where typically, the stomach is reduced from the size of a melon to the size of an egg. So food intake drops. In addition, a gastric bypass operation reduces calorie intake further by reducing the length of small intestine that can absorb calories and nutrients. All of this causes an immediate and drastic reduction in calories, and it is this calorie reduction that leads to weight loss.
Weight loss surgery has a direct impact on obesity, although obese patients are advised that any bariatric or gastrointestinal surgery must be accompanied by weight-related lifestyle changes in the form of diet modification and increased physical exercise.

That's an unhealthy target. Aim for 2 pounds a week. Eat healthier. I am vegetarian and it has really helped me keep my weight down. I don't suggest going straight vegetarian if u aren't,, because an immediate transition can be harmful to your body. Just eat lots of vitamin and mineral rich vegetables and fruits (which are naturally rich in fiber and fructose--a healthy natural sugar that is the sweetest known to Earth). Limit your sweets but don't cut them out completely (otherwise you'll start craving them and once you take one bite, you won't be able to stop. Don't eat as many fried foods, and try to limit your trans fat intake to as low as possible. Don't take fats out completely because your body uses fat as energy once you run out of fuel from carbohydrates. Carbs are good (but not if overdone) It is important to eat plenty of carbs (since they are your body's basic energy source) Go to MYPYRAMID.GOV and get a personalized plan to help you eat healthier and it also incorporates exercises. Exercies (like jogging around the neighborhood or track, dancing (it really burns lots of calories), etc.). This way, you will lose a lot of lbs. fast! Just, don't aim for 50 lbs. That's waaay too unhealthy. If u lose more than 2 lbs. a week, that means you are losing water weight and are probably dehydrating yourself (which leads to kidney stones--very painful). Drinking lots of water actually cleanses your system out and can help you lose the toxins that are causing things like acne.
Jog every day. Maybe join the school track/ cross country team. If not, just ask friends and go jogging. It is probably one of the best things you can do. Since you have a target, shoot for it. You have ample time to succeed.
Happy Birthday Early.

That is relatively easy becuase there are still 5 months. Focus on ten pounds a month and constrict your diet to 2500-3000 calories per day, but do this wisely. A candy bar with 800 calories is not worth it. When you work out, do 15 minutes running, then life weights, but light ones to give you the sleeker/longer muscle tone, then do 15 more minutes of running. Take an over the counter MULTI VITAMIN NOT A DIET PILL. Multi vitamins regulate weight and are keeping your immune system healty as well. Finally, keep optimistic.

Well, that is too much weight to lose safely by then! If you can do it, you won't be healthy and will likely gain it all back. Sorry. The best way to lose weight is slowly - it is much easier to maintain that way! You need to change your lifestyle. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole foods, less processed foods, no junk foods or sugars, less carbs, NO sodas, candy, etc. Do as much extra walking as you can, plus other exercise.

Run on an eliptical, that should get your stamina up and then you should have more energy to run faster and have the endurance to keep going. you should eat well and don't set limits like I want to lose 50lbs just excersise and eat well and you lose whatever weight that you do looks don't matter it's your personality that counts, when it comes to eating well avoid fried and greasy foods and fast foods. Look at this food pyramid this shows you how much you should eat of what food every day

First., eat breakfast something light. Then a small snack before lunch. The idea is to get your metabolism started. If you don't eat enough, your body thinks it's starving and it holds on to fat and calories. Walk a lot. Turn on music and Dance up a good sweat. Don't constantly weigh yourself. Surround yourself with positive people who will encourage you. Good Luck
