Probably because you don't pay any attention to yourself. Give yourself the attention you need so you won't care who notices you. What is the condition of your nails? Heels? Hair? Do you clean behind your ears? Use q-tips to clean your naval? Examine these areas and use the results to determine if you are giving yourself adequate attention.

It would help if you would have more of an explanation. but maybe you are very shy and don't know how to "join in"? If you start expressing yourself and tell people your opinion and so forth, I guarantee no one will ignore you.

If people ignore you it's probably not your fault, but maybe you're the shy type and you should talk to more people, and if someone ignores you then, then you should go talk to someone else.

Try doing the opposite. I try to make myself invisible. So what happens? Everyone is always coming up to me and talking to me.
Go figure. Let them come to you, do not chase after them.
