Not necessarily. Sometimes Viagra can help the man's libido and help him last longer. But, if your with someone new and you are getting ready to engage in sexual activity, I wouldn't say, "Hold on a second. I have to pop some Viagra." It definately takes away the mood and may make the female think there is something wrong with her. You should take the Viagra in private.
