I am about 5'4" and I weigh about 190. Is this bad even know I don't look that "HUGE"?

That depends on what you want and not what the rest of the world thinks. Obviously someone is telling you, or complaining to you that you're too big. I can tell by the way you worded the sentence. Honestly, 5'4' @190 lbs. is pushing the boundaries of your health, but if you are comfortable with it then why does it matter what anyone else thinks. Just stay active enough to earn your Gym credits in school because you probably need them to graduate.

That's a little bit of a hight number for your height, sweetie. But you're young, and you can absolutely change that easier than someone my age could. :)

You're probably going to get taller, and that will make a big difference. Eat a healthy, balanced diet, and stay active, and you can lay the foundation for having a healthy weight for the rest of your life!

Don't diet, and don't obsess about it, just try to maintain your weight, and get 30 minutes of exercise. You'll be just fine.

190!!! r u serious?? honey that is way over the average weight for that age range!! did u know that's the weight range for MEN 20-24 years old!! girl u need to start taking care of yourself. ur also really short to be weighin that much. 5' 4" is tall but it's no excuse for weighing aorund 80 lbs. over the 13 yr old average which of course is 110 lbs.

i bet you look just fine, as long as you are healthy, then you're fine. 190lbs could be too much or just right for who you are, depends on how much muscle you have and stuff. i'm 13 also (rock on 13!...) and i weigh 110.4lbs (i'm so precise, i weigh the same as Yumi Ishiyama from Code: LYOKO) and i'm 5'4" (also the same as Yumi). everyones body is different though, so it is completely different for everyone. I do reccomend just to be active, like jump around a lot around the house, or when you get bored go outside and run around a tree a few times (i do that alot). but looks don't really matter, just be you. man, i'm starting to sound like some psyciatrist person, WOOT WOOT GO ME!!.... or you could just get really hyper and bounce around or dance with your pet to rock music playing really loud... whatever works for you :)

child not 2 be rude o notin but dat is alot ov mac donalds u done ate. shoot my sita got weight problems 2 but just excercise and participate in gym. U should watch what u eat, less MickyD's and mo salads and fruits and homecoked meals. P.S don't over do it kay

5'4" and 190 lbs is fat for ANYONE.....not just a thirteen year old!! Your age is irrelevant.

no that's not a bad weight but you just have to watch what you and how you eat. But it might also run in your family to but your weight is not really bad for your age

It's most likley baby weight sweetie, you will lose it as you get older. Love yourself and be healthy. That means don't force your self to lose weight nor eat too much that you gain. Just be healthy and enjoy your life.

Just exercise and eat right.

Sorry, you're WAY over ! At least 50 pounds over. Yes,it is bad...You may want to talk to your doctor about this.
