Because most of you seem to be under the impression that creation is the same as building a house or other sort of building. It's what you keep saying after all, here is a quote;
"when you look at the Eiffel Tower, you don't deny there was a designer, so why do you deny the designer of the universe".
Sigh, let me try and explain this simply so that you idiots don't furrow your brows in a vain attempt to understand.
Creation, is the act of making matter from nothing. Which is impossible. Hence the fact that you have to resort to mythology to explain the start of the universe.
When you build a house, you don't create anything, you merely re-arrange existing matter.
Understand now?
(probably not but I had to ask)

Allen,
I'll treat you like idiots because you act like idiots. For instance, not answering the question is a cowardly tactic. So, I treat you the way you deserve to be treated.
Get it now?

Fish you are a perfect example of how the education system in the US is failing students. I cannot imagine what it must be like for you to blindly stumble from one day to the next, never knowing truth from fiction.
For example, that inane idea you have that humans evolved from primates. It's utterly laughable!
Humans ARE primates you moron. We share a common ancestor with apes and chimpanzees.
Could you be any stupider? I highly doubt it...

They don't understand math and science, therefore engineering isn't their strong point, so I doubt they understand this.

That's true, creating and assembling are two different things, and two different issues. But I think you are arguing about the word Creationist, which isn't the real issue.
The assembly issue is worth looking at by itself. If we set aside the issue of whether basic matter was created or always existed, it still begs the question of how likely that complex, reproducing structures as living cells, much less complex plant and animal life, simply find themselves organized in such a way by chance. The physics law of Entropy dictates that things tend to decay, not spontaneously organize into more complex forms.
No scientist would say that life ALWAYS existed on planet Earth, so somehow simple structures became complex plants and animals by chance, were assembled, or were introduced from somewhere else. That issue alone begs the question of a Higher Power, whether you want to call him Creator or Taxi Driver or Assembler.

Humans don't understand how to create matter. How can you be sure that God doesn't? However, "creationism" doesn't necessarily imply that matter was created from nothing. My understanding is that the universe and more specifically this world was created by "organizing" the matter that already existed. Wow! just like building a house.

Hello Yoda Green.. :)
Many have said that Evolution is the act of making matter from nothing. Which is impossible.
Hence that fact that a Creator is more credible to explain the start of the Universe..
Merry Christmas..To All..
With Love..In Christ.. :)
ADDITIONAL: Yoda Green..I still Love you..no matter what manner of evil you say against me.. :)

O.K. We're the dumb ones and you're the smart one. We were created in the image of God, and you evolved from a monkey. Oh, excuse me, an ape, which is uglier and has more hair. We have a God who can create out of nothing because nothing is impossible for Him. You believe your religion, I'll believe mine.
I looked up stupider in the dictionary. It said "a idiot who thinks he is smart, but doesn't know jack".

I have a joke for you. An atheist, one who doesn't believe there is a God, had an encounter with a being who indentified himself as God. The atheist told God that he could create something and God told him to go ahead. So the atheist picked up a piece of wood and prepared to create something from it and God said "Put that down." And when the atheist asked God why, as one who thought to question God, God said to him, "If you are going to create something you have to create it out of nothing." God created the universe out of nothing. If that's too hard for you to believe then seriously, you need learn how to think.

Stop treating us like idiots.....
Oh sorry.....I didn't mean to shirk the question.
I don't believe God has to follow that logic...If God wants to create matter from absolutely nothing, that's His will.
Get it now?
I won't convince you and you won't convince me, but there is no need to treat us all like retards because there are others that don't get it. It would be like me saying all athiets are close minded fools, but I don't believe that's the case.
