Use your head my dear, if you are an international student in the UK, what makes you think that marrying someone who is also not from the UK will able to be granted a dependent visa. If you are just a student, how can someone else be dependent on you (you have to prove that to immigration officers)!

Plus, if he got deported once, chances are he won't be allowed re-entry.
