They're made by different companies. They taste so much alike though.

The label. :) I can't taste the difference between the two, but I understand that some people can.
Dr. Pepper came out first, so I guess Mr. Pibb is the copycat.

Mr. Pibb is found at Pf Chang's and other restaurants. There isn't really a difference though, Hope I Helped!

Coke bottles Dr Pepper & Pepsi bottles Mr. Pibb.
Pretty mush alike. Dr pepper is a little sweeter I think.

Nothing really 2 brands of the same drink that taste the same.Think of it like this. Dr.Pepper is like the brand name medicine Advil.B/c its higher and better.Mr.Pibb is like the ibuprofen pills u can bu @ CVS b/c it cost less and isn't that well known.
