Remind yourself what you are working for. If you are working and going to school, you must have some goal in mind? And look at how far you've come since you started working towards this goal. Keep telling yourself that you can make it, and it will all be worth it once you do. Good Luck!!

If school and work are truely your only two areas of stress and depression, my best advice is to exercise. Exercise releases endorphines which are our bodys own natural little happy pills. A well balanced diet rich in Omega 3 and fatty acids (fish, especially wild caught salmon are natural sources of this), plenty of water and a very regular sleep schedule are all essential. Meditation is also another highly effective and proven stress reliever. Once you learn how to meditate properly, you can apply it anywhere you are at nearly any time. When you feel yourself getting stressed, excuse yourself and even go into the restroom if you have to to meditate for 2 minutes. Don't confuse this with the need to confront people when you disagree with them. But if you need to collect yourself before you can argue your case, do it. Just don't hold things in. The more you practice all of this, the better you will get at it all. Don't expect it to work instantly either. Give yourself some time and practice. If after a couple of weeks you see no improvement, see a doctor. Good Luck!

I feel very depressed about school and work because of bills... I want to quit school so I can work full time and pay my bills, but I want to quit working so I can focus all my attention on school... Sometimes... I just want to drop out of life.
You know, I remember when I used to work out, I was never so down... I felt much better about life... That is a really good stress reliever.
I just can't afford it at the moment. I have other bills to pay off first.

Depression is just a state of mind. Try to think and do relaxing things to take stress off of your mind. Think better thoughts, feel better faster.

Let the depression be, it's not unnatural, quite obviously. It will create a crack in you, and wisdom will seep in.
Denying your bad feelings leads to not being able to feel good feelings as you once could.
