Yes I can. And in some ways I have seen it. Though made up of imperfect people, there is an organization endeavoring to follow the requirements God has set out in the scriptures.
John 13:34,35 - Real love among themselves.
Acts 10:34,35 - Embracing all nationalities.
Matthew 24:14 - Preaching and teaching about Gods government worldwide.
Matthew 6:9;Ps 83:18;Ex 3:15 - Sanctfying Gods name.
Who are they ?
Well...which people has come to personally visit you or that you see frequently in the streets ? Talking about a real solution to all problems through Gods government ? Using Gods personal name ? Having members all around the earth from all nationalities and backgrounds ?

The fact is that it's part of the prophecy of God.
Mark 13:7-8 (Jesus speaking)
7 When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 8 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.
The entire chapter is Jesus giving a heads up for what's to come and why.
So while it would be nice to have complete peace here, I await a greater peace in Heaven. I do have more peace than most knowing Jesus loves me and you too. In fact, I love you because of him.

34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
I don't live every moment of my life this way, after all I am a sinner too, but when I do I have a great peace.

No, I can't, because such a place is surreal and impossible to exist. Even if it did, I would not want to be there. There is no purpose to living in a perfect world.
