Plenty of things have been created by accident. It happens every day when a woman becomes pregnant by accident, pennicillin was found by accident, and there have been many accidental mixtures that became popular foods or household chemicals.
You have offered us no proof of your thoughts, and your question is truly laughable

"By accident" is how creationists describe natural explanations. It has nothing to do with anyone's real beliefs. You need to stop listening to creationist propaganda and make a little effort to learn something about the topic. You're just coming across as lazy here.

In as much as I was not around to see how everything came into being (and neither were you),I say, "I don't know ..... YET!" To assume that some god, my less than intellectual ancestors made up, instantaneously farted the universe into being, is absurd
