Put it on and sleep with it on. Your deepest fears will transpire. In a sense, it brings balance to the ID. It could be doing other things while one is in the wake state, it hard to tell since the effect of the Q-Ray bracelet is subtle and very hard to detect with conventional methods. Because of selective attention, one will somewhat always be very clueless as to weather the product does or does not work during the wake state. Here is a clue, test the sleep patterns of the same wearer with and without the bracelet.

Complete and utter charlatanism. There is no medical evidence whatsoever that it works.
If you want to wear one for the look, fine, but it has absolutely no medical benefits whatsoever.
