Our electricity is out, and we're at someone elses house. We're going to have to leave soon though, what will be some good ideas for dinner tonight, taking in consideration we will not have any electricity or appliances. And all of our food in our fridge is probably spoiled.

Thank you everyone who gave me advice. We ended up just bagging it and going out to eat. Our power just came back on.

A fresh salad or some sandwiches would be your best bet. If it's going to be long term, you may want to grab a cooler and some ice, and maybe a hot plate or camp stove (don't use the camp stove indoors, though)
Grab some stuff that doesn't need to be refrigerated like fruit, some veggies, and cereal, bread and crackers. You can keep milk, cheese, and that stuff in a cooler for at least three days if you change the ice daily.
If you're in a cold climate, I hope you have some blankets and sweaters! Stay warm.

Stop off at the store and buy: a small bag of salad mix, a package of mixed cheese slices from the deli, a small carton of cherry tomatoes, a package of your favorite wafer-sliced lunch meat, a small cucumber, and individual packets of your favorite salad dressings.
Make individual chef's salads out of all the ingredients and serve with bread sticks from the bakery. For dessert, get a bakery cake or pie.
It's filling, and you won't have left-overs to worry about.

Do you have an outdoor grill? Anything you can make on the stove top you can make on the grill. Canned soup or spaghetti - or even pasta and sauce... (I'm in Florida - so if you're in a cold climate - I apologize - just an idea...)

Campfire Stew
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 tbsp. flour salt and pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 bag baby carrots
1 container button mushrooms, sliced
1 small can tomato paste
1 gallon water
Heat heavy bottomed pot until very hot. Season flour with salt and pepper, dip stew meat into flour, covering well. Melt butter in pot, add meat and brown well on all sides. Removed meat from pan, add onion and celery. Cover and let sweat 2-3 minutes. Add tomato paste and about a cup of water, scrape brown bits from bottom of pan. Return meat to pan, add potatoes and carrots. Add enough water to cover vegetables plus an inch. Cover and let stew simmer until potatoes are done, adding water as needed to keep from scorching. Ten minutes before serving, add mushrooms and allow stew to come to a boil. Cover and allow mushrooms to cook. Serve.

Add eggs and cover 2 minutes until cooked through. Top with Cheese and cut into slices and serve.
