You could try a couple of things. If the pimple has come to a head, gently squeeze it and then apply rubbing alcohol with a cotton ball (it will sting) but will dry up the pimple. Apply the rubbing alcohol twice a day until it disappears.
Alternatively, there is a product at the drugstore called Polysporin which could help although I don't know if it can be accomplished in 3 days. Perhaps the pharmacist can advise you of a more suitable product. I used to use a product Bacquient (I don't think the spelling is correct) that worked quickly after I did the squeeze/alcohol procedure.

i've got in simple terms tried a million and four and out of those 2, i could circulate with form a million. The mousse gets compacted jointly after a whilst, however the outcomes it provides are nicely worth it. It provides large assurance. The loreal actual adventure slightly confirmed, and that i wasnt very inspired.

Acne free is better than Proactive and the same crap, in my opinion. You can get it from Target or Walmart.
Also, tea tree oil is very good and witch hazel.

Okay, all you have to do is wash your face with Dove soap and warm water 2 times daily. Thats all you need to do. It works
