It's hard to say what your "normal weight" is. Depends on your frame and also your body composition. To be healthy, you need to eat properly and exercise regularly. Someone who does no exercise and eats poorly can still be of "normal" weight but likely be in poor health. I don't know what you need to "flush" out please see a physician if you have health concerns.

Overweight for that height begins at 150 lbs (BMI = 25), thus a healthy weight would be 100lbs + 5 lbs per inch above 5 feet, or a total of 125 pounds. The latter is Ideal body weight. So your range is above 125 and below 150, which corresponds to a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 25 (look it up)
Prune juice is a natural laxative.

I think that's probably a question you should ask a doctor. A better question might be: Who the heck would want to do a prune juice flush? Yuck.

BMI and BMR for weight loss
All of us know that we gain weight when we take extra calories and lose weight when we consume lesser calories. We need to know how much we should weigh and how many calories we should consume everyday in a healthier way. BMI helps us in knowing how much we should weight. I have already written about BMI in earlier of my post. If you need to know about BMI, you can get it from my post Know if you need to lose weight.
http://fast-weightloss.blogspot.com/2006/09/know-if-you-need-to-lose-weight.html
And BMR can calculate the amount of calories we should consume. BMR, which is Basal Metabolic Rate, informs you the amount of calories you need everyday as a way to retain the current weight. To calculate your BMR you have to just enter your sex, age and weight in pounds. So know the amount of calories you need everyday to keep up with the current weight.
http://www.my-health-and-fitness.org/calorie-burning-calculator.php
If you are satisfied with your current weight, only then you should enter your current weight. Otherwise you should enter your goal weight in pounds which you ant to achieve. So in this way taking the amount of calories you should, you will slowly get the desired weight you were looking for. But before making any changes in your eating pattern, it is always good to take help from your doctor.
So you will also find BMI and BMR really helpful weight loss tools by which you are able to know the amount of calories you need to get to the desired weight.

If you wanna flush out your system...
CRANBERRY JUICE - for urinary tract infections....
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - cleanses whole system
GRAPEFRUIT - acts as a diuretic, makes you loose weight (slowly)
For the weight you should weigh you need to calculate your BMI.

Check with your doc. Normal weight is determined by the patient's over-all health and size of bones (measure around one of your wrists by cupping your hand around it). When you remove your cupped hand, do you come out with a small, medium, or large grasp? This is one of the quickest ways to determine what size bone structure you have.
