I don't think you can do that in a healthy way or if you can even do it at all. You do know that there are only 2 weeks left in December right? Talk to your doctor, see if there is anything that you are not getting enough of, get some sleep, eat healthy, get off your butt, stuff like that helps. Good Luck!

you can exercise more and lessen the amount of junk food and fast food as much as you can. eat healthy foods like salads and fruits and be sure to drink plenty of water especially before meals inorder to lessen the amount of calories you'll get.and be sure to eat 3 complete meals a day even if the portions are small. but don't use any pills or other weight loss things that aren't healthy or natural.ok good luck

15 days left.... that's an average of a pound a day...
A pound is 3500 calories, so either you eat 3500 less calories per day or you increase your activity so that you burn 3500 fat calories per day or some combination of the both that totals 3500.
nope... doubt it... not with all the holiday hoopla... most peole consider it a success if they can make it thru the holidays and maintain their current weight
