how come when he is either buzzed or drunk is when he really shows he likes me like he'll call me babe and just other stuff , whats up with him?

Alcohol lowers inhibitions. When he is sober he is probably too nervous to tell you or show you how he might feel about you. When intoxicated, those feelings go away.

My x used to do that. We are happily divorced now. A man should show you affection all the time not just when they are drunk or buzzed. Find someone that loves you unconditionally weather sober or not. They are out there believe me I found one. But it's a 2 way street. A woman needs to love unconditionally too. But I prefer a sober straight relationship. Good Luck

Some people are emotional drunks. You really can't trust people like that. THey don't necessarily even like you at all, but when drinking, they love EVERYONE. Even their brother is the the most AWESOME human being alive when they're buzzed. That's a redflag. I'd stay away from someone like that.

Because hes playing with you, I would ignore it and move on. If hes not telling you how he feels when he is not drunk then it's all a joke and hes not real man. If you feel uncomfortable him saying babe or other stuff. Tell him to stop.

Being drunk makes people say exactly what's on their minds. I know it's easy to say "he's drunk, dump him", but on the bright side, he's showing how much he likes you. If he's drunk a lot, I'd say you might have to dump him, but if it's rare thing and he stays faithful, enjoy it - have a drink with him!

do not be the late night service station on his way home. when he failed to score with every other skank in the bar, he knows you will be there for him?
Stop answering those late night booty calls and find a normal boyfriend,

some people get that way when they are drunk, is a hella better than having a drunk that beats down on you

Guys are like that, they front when they are around their friends or just anyone because their trying to show that they are men. When they get wasted they tell the true side of themselves, soft side.
