No.
Unfortunately, child molestation is very hard to prove (unless there is video or photographic proof) What you see very often is child custody cases is one or both parents will sling child molestation charges at the other. We would send a lot of innocent people to their deaths.
However, if we could find some way to prove without a doubt whether someone was guilty or not- of course they should be put to death.

I think they should get done to them what they did to the child and then the death penalty....There is no proof that they can be rehabilitated!! Look at all the people who got out after spending time in prison or jail and go and do it again!! It's crazy how drug dealers and people who steal get longer sentences then those @ssholes that are harming our children....I SAY DEATH!!

i'm no longer morally adverse to it, yet lack of life is a rather speedy and consumer-pleasant way out. life in reformatory without the prospect of parole is a a lot harder sentence than lack of life and newborn molesters are fairly frowned upon by using the final reformatory inhabitants. Their life sentence will be very short. life in reformatory is likewise more less costly.

My son was molested at 5 ..his molestor was not punished nor will they ever be so yes..I would be the first one to push the button or pull the switch...they can't be changed..Stats show that..They should have their parts chopped off w/o anethesthetic and then put to death..

Child molesting should be decriminalized. Such behavior should be considered as a mental illness and the perpatrators should be put away in some nice mental institution, until they can convince three psychiatrists that they are no longer a danger. They would serve far more time in the mental institution than they ever would in jail.

hell ya, they should get the death penalty. they are never rehabilitated, so it will only be a matter of time until they offend again. plus, one has to be sick in the head to molest a child

It would definetly get rid of them... also rapists and all those murderers who got the life sentence. I think that there should not be a life sentence in jail, it should be 5 years and then death.

I don't think they should get the death penalty....it is just too easy to let them off with it....yeah, we would feel better, but wouldn't it be better to play psychological games to torture them so they would have to live with their guilty conscience.
