Well, white meat chicken is lower in fat than dark meat. And it has a lot of protein. Best thing would be to consult a dietician.

no meat is good for u... it is all full of hormones, steriodes, and other things pumped inside the animal befor it is killed. it is also full of larva. all cooked food thou, is somewhat toxic to the body. check the source
