Muay Thai's techniques as far as I know doesn't have any forms or Katas, but the discipline that it originally was derived from Krabi Krabong if my memory serves me correctly does.
but this also depends on the school and the organization(s) that govern it.
and FYI dead broke Joke: just because you SEE someone doing something (like forms or Katas) in a MOVIE (no less) doesn't exactly mean that the discipline WILL HAVE them in it's curriculum.

It depends but basically Muay thai is good against fighting styles that utilize long strikes like kick and punches basically by getting them in the clinch you neutralize their ability to strike while driving knees to chest to weaken them until you can lower their head down and score a knockout knee. It is true that no style beats out another but one thing Muay Thai would beat is kickboxing because in Kickboxing you use you feet and fist. In Muay Thai you use elbows, knees, fist and and feet which is why they talk about 8 limbs you know 2 of each. Muay thai would potentially be good against jujitsu if you use it properly because you could avoid the take down and get some good knees in. Once you are one the ground though it wouldn't be good for much at all.

Yes it does. Can't remember what they call them, it's been a while since I did Muay Thai. It's not something many people practise though, certainly not to the extent of Karate.
